Brigadier General Adio Adeleke Adekoyo (Retired) is the Chairman of Plural Capital Limited. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant - Institute od Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow Chartered Taxation Institute- The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of National Advisory Council - Chartered Institute of Security and Investment (UK) Nigeria Chapter and a member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He attended all mandatory courses while serving in the Nigerian Army.

Amongst these are Strategic Courses at National Defense College (NDC) Abuja and University of Ibadan in Nigeria where he was awarded fellow of NDC and Masters in Strategic respectively. He is an holder of Grand Service Star (GSS), awarded after 30 years of unblemished service in Nigerian Army.

Brigadier General Adeleke held several appointments during his service in the Nigerian Army amongst which were; Group Finance Manager - Army Welfare Holding Ltd, Deputy Director Finance and Account Nigeria Army, Director, Budget Nigeria Army, Chief of Staff - Headquarter, Nigerian Army Finance Corps and lastly, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer - Nigerian Army Welfare Insurance Company Ltd by Guarantee, the position he held from January 2019 till he retirement on 4th April, 2021.

Brigadier General Adekoya (retured) has attended several seminar/conferences, some of which are; Executive Directors preparation, Implementation and Evaluation of Budgetary Processes; Key Issues. New York, USA. September 2013, international Accountants Conference Toronto, Canada Aug/Sep 2014. Others are ICAN-USA international Accountant Conference Las Vegas, USA. Discussant on paper titled effective utilization of State’s Resources; Accountant perspective, September 2015 and ICAN-USA international Accountant Conference Los Angeles, USA, September 2017.

Brigadier General Adekoya (retired) has delivered so many lectures and made some publications such as investment guide for Nigerian Army personnel 2008, Nigerian Army Finance Corps in perspective, Negotiating made of withdrawal in pension reform Act 04. Others are migration of Armed forces of Nigeria payroll into the integrated personnel payroll information system: Issues and challenges and post service Life: Need for early preparation amongst others.
